These Terms of Service govern your use of bandicootcollectibles.com and purchases from Bandicoot Collectibles. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Store information

2. Online store terms

You must use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, commit fraud, introduce malicious code, scrape the store without permission, or violate the rights of Bandicoot Collectibles or another person.

3. Product information and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, cover images, prices, release dates, inventory, and other details accurate. Publisher images can be preliminary and final artwork, trade dress, colors, finishes, or specifications may change. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order when necessary. If we cannot fulfill a paid item, we will provide an appropriate refund for that item.

4. Comics, collectibles, and condition

Comic grading is subjective. Unless a listing promises a specific condition, no particular third-party grade is guaranteed. When a listing includes a 9.0-or-better guarantee, the copy will be inspected against that standard. Minor printing, bindery, manufacturing, or distributor-handling variations can occur on new comics.

5. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown where applicable. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. An order confirmation means we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may cancel or limit orders involving payment problems, suspected fraud, listing errors, inventory shortages, duplicate orders, purchase-limit abuse, supplier allocations, or other lawful reasons.

6. Preorders, FOC items, and limited releases

Release and shipping dates are estimates and can change because of publishers, distributors, printers, signing events, grading companies, carriers, weather, allocations, or other circumstances outside our control. Preorder, FOC, exclusive, signed, graded, ratio-variant, and special-release purchases can become final once inventory has been committed or special arrangements have been made. If an item is cancelled, shorted, or unavailable and we cannot obtain a replacement, the affected item will be refunded.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, damage claims, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Orders containing in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and original content are owned by Bandicoot Collectibles or used with permission. You may use the store for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce, resell, exploit, or commercially use store content without written permission.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social networks, and marketplaces. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Bandicoot Collectibles is powered by Shopify, but purchases from this store are transactions directly between the customer and Bandicoot Collectibles.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payment, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Bandicoot Collectibles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
