Contact Us Before Returning an Item

Contact Bandicoot Collectibles within 7 calendar days of delivery before sending anything back. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, send photographs of the item, shipping package, label, and packing materials. Keep the item and all packaging until the issue is resolved. Please also review our Shipping Policy.

When appropriate, we will attempt to provide a replacement first. For limited releases, replacement availability depends on reserve inventory. If an eligible replacement is unavailable, the affected item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Comic Book Condition

When a comic listing includes a 9.0-or-better condition guarantee, the copy will be inspected against that standard before fulfillment. Minor printing, bindery, or manufacturing variations can occur on new comics, and a specific higher grade such as 9.8 is not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Preorders and Limited Releases

Preorder, exclusive, signed, and special-release purchases become final once inventory has been committed or signing arrangements have been made. If Bandicoot Collectibles cannot fulfill an item because it is cancelled, shorted, or unavailable and no replacement can be obtained, that item will be refunded.

Return Eligibility

Approved in-stock returns must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Sealed products must remain sealed. Opened trading card products, collectibles, or other factory-sealed merchandise are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Eligibility is determined after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund after it has been submitted.
